Design-Build Process

“Design-build” is a construction process where the design and construction of a project are handled under one roof. In other words, Renewal is not just your general contractor, but also your architectural and engineering design team. Instead of dealing with multiple contractors and consultants, all of your revisions, project feedback, budgeting, permitting, construction issues, change orders and billing are handled in-house.
